We integrate emotional, cognitive, physical, and social wellbeing, offering more than just therapy. Our services are designed to support positive lifestyle choices that impact on every aspect of a person’s life, helping them move from coping to thriving.
Our approach is deeply personalised and trauma-sensitive, delivered by credentialed professionals trained in neurodiversity-aware and culturally competent care. We meet people where they are, with compassion and expertise.
With smart scheduling, virtual options, and integrated care pathways, we make it easy to access support that fits your life. Whether it’s one-to-one counselling, coaching, or lifestyle alignment, we offer care that’s responsive and convenient.
We recognise and celebrate different ways of thinking and experiencing the world, providing validating and empowering support for neurodivergent people.

TimeForTalking provides the foundation for psychological wellbeing through trauma-informed counselling and psychotherapy.
We offer a confidential, supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to re-visit and process experiences from the past, with a view to building a positive future, emotional resilience, and insight. Services include one-to-one counselling, group therapy, and integrated therapeutic practices — all designed to support healing and personal growth.

TimeForGrowth offers strengths-based psychological coaching designed to help individuals move from coping to thriving.
The process begins with an in-depth assessment to capture an accurate profile of your personality, your preferred ways of interacting with others and your lifestyle choices. We then agree on your goals and your levels of motivation to achieve these outcomes. Following this we support you through a personalised programme which will build your strengths and address self-sabotaging thinking and behaviours. It’s having your own personal trainer to building the better you that you want to be.

TimeForUnderstanding celebrates neurodiversity by offering tailored support for individuals who experience the world differently. Whether navigating ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, or other neurodivergent traits, this service provides a validating space to explore identity, build self-awareness, and develop practical strategies for thriving. Support is available for individuals, families, and groups.

Our mediation services provide responsive support across family and workplace settings. They include structured mediation to resolve conflicts constructively, critical incident support to help individuals and teams manage unexpected events, and psychological first aid to offer immediate, compassionate care in times of stress.
