We provide the foundation for psychological wellbeing through trauma-informed counselling and psychotherapy.
We offer a safe, supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to process experiences, build emotional resilience, and gain insight. Services include one-to-one counselling, group therapy, peer support, and integrated therapeutic practices — all designed to support healing and personal growth.
Specialist one-to-one counselling is a therapeutic space designed to support individuals in exploring their inner world, navigating personal challenges, and fostering emotional resilience. It is a confidential and compassionate environment where the focus is entirely on the individual’s experience, needs, and goals.
Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or stuck at times. Whether you’re facing a specific issue, working through trauma, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, one-to-one counselling offers a space to be fully heard – both in what is spoken and in what remains unsaid. It is a process of uncovering truth, healing wounds, and building clarity.
This form of counselling may be sought during times of crisis, transition, or reflection. It can also serve as a psychological health-check – an opportunity to pause, take stock, and invest in your emotional wellbeing. The therapeutic relationship is built on trust, honesty, and respect, and it is always tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual.
Relationship Counselling is a specialist form of therapeutic intervention which facilitates the communication between people in the relationship.
Relationships can become stuck, and changes need to be made, or perhaps what is needed is a calm honest discussion to strengthen the bonds. Relationship counselling ensures that each person is fully listened to in what they say or don’t say, and it can be an invaluable method of clearing blocked channels of communication within a relationship.
Perhaps there is woundedness in the relationship or maybe the relationship has broken down, or perhaps it is a health-check for the relationship: – the counselling space brings the communication into the light of honesty and truth. Open communication between people can be difficult and emotional but it is always a worthwhile investment. The truth may at times be painful, but it is always fair.
Relationship Counselling sessions are usually designed around both parties being in the room but sometimes it can be just one person for one session and the other for another session.
They are available in person or online.
Cognitive Behavioural Counselling [CBT] is a particular approach to support which focuses on directly making changes to how you think and behave.
This form of counselling builds on an approach to help you address specific problem areas in your life and make changes so that you can move beyond the psychological constraints that are currently causing distress and difficulty. Through guided support and between-session activities it helps you to introduce alternatives to how you are currently acting and thinking with a view to helping challenge false self-beliefs and self-limiting behaviours.
Therapy of any kind is a process; change is not something which happens in a single session, so engaging in counselling means making a commitment and agreeing to a series of meetings.

PTSD Trauma Counselling is a specialist therapeutic approach that supports individuals in processing and healing from traumatic experiences. It provides a safe, confidential space to explore the impact of trauma – whether recent or historic – and to begin the journey toward recovery and emotional stability.
Trauma can affect every part of life, often in ways that are difficult to articulate. PTSD may involve flashbacks, anxiety, emotional numbness, hypervigilance, or a sense of disconnection. This counselling offers a calm and compassionate environment where these experiences can be understood, validated, and gently worked through.
The counselling process is paced according to the individual’s needs, with a focus on safety, trust, and empowerment. It may involve exploring memories, developing coping strategies, and restoring a sense of control. While the work can be intense, it is always grounded in respect and care, and it is a powerful investment in healing.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and distressing memories by reprocessing difficult experiences in a safe and structured way. Through guided eye movements and other techniques, EMDR reduces the emotional intensity of past events, allowing you to feel calmer and more in control. It’s highly effective for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, phobias, grief, and low self-esteem, often delivering results faster than traditional talk therapy. Our trained EMDR therapists provide a compassionate, tailored approach to support your healing journey.
They are available in person or online.
We offer counselling on a session-by-session basis, or as a package of multiple sessions.
Take the first step toward meaningful change by scheduling a short phone or video call. This is a chance to talk through your concerns, goals, and any questions you may have about costs, timelines, or what to expect. There’s no pressure, just a supportive space to explore what’s possible.
Following your discovery call, we’ll create a personalised support plan based on your goals, needs, and preferences. This includes therapy options, session frequency, and any additional resources to help you feel informed, empowered, and ready to begin your journey.
