Understanding how your people think, work and learn — so they can thrive with clarity, confidence and the right support
Human variation encompasses many aspects of how we think, feel, and experience the world. Employees may live with ADHD, autism, dementia, or other neurological and cognitive differences, and given the right support often bringing creativity, focus, problem‑solving strengths and unique perspectives to their roles.
At the same time, challenges with communication, organising and planning, sensory environments, cognitive function, or emotional regulation can negatively affect wellbeing and performance if the right understanding and support are not in place. Neglecting these needs can even be interpreted as discriminatory.
TimeforThriving provides a comprehensive range of workplace‑focused services, including assessment, diagnosis, coaching, cognitive testing, and blood testing (including dementia diagnosis). These services help individuals gain clarity about their neurological and cognitive health, while developing personalised strategies to thrive. The organisation helps people to contribute more to their workplace by supporting neurodiversity.
We also support organisations to build inclusive, informed environments where every employee can contribute at their best, combining clinical insight with practical workplace solutions.
Accurate, compassionate assessment is the first step in helping neurodivergent employees understand themselves and receive appropriate support in the workplace.
Our assessments are delivered by accredited professionals and include:
How this supports organisations:
There are times when people experience “brain fog” and it refers to feeling it is difficult to concentrate, poor focus, memory issues, confusion, slow thinking, and difficulty finding words.
It is noticed in our behaviour but not easy to explain. But it can be caused by an illness (like long COVID, MS, cancer treatments), or hormonal changes (pregnancy, menopause), stress, poor sleep, diet, or medications.
At TimeforThriving, we take this seriously. We can measure it scientifically, we can test for it with blood analysis, and we can help address this by examining possible underlying causes and lifestyle factors like stress management, better nutrition, and regular exercise.
Health checks to support physical and psychological wellbeing. Many wellbeing concerns have underlying physiological components, including fatigue, burnout symptoms, low mood, stress responses and cognitive issues. Our on-site or clinic-based blood testing offers employees accessible health checks that can illuminate what is happening beneath the surface.
Testing can identify concerns related to:
Results are explained clearly and confidentially, with guidance on next steps.
The term dementia causes concern and as a result it is avoided; even when the signs of cognitive decline and poor memory are undeniably impacting on a person’s life, there is a reluctance to confront the possibility of a dementia diagnosis. While this is completely understandable it is also a bad mistake because if dementia is happening then the sooner it is identified the better for everyone concerned, especially the person with the diagnosis.
A family will do well to plan for the possibility of decline long before it interferes with daily life. Power-of-Attorney, financial planning, health care considerations become more manageable if they are dealt with carefully and with support. Accessing a diagnosis sooner is better for the person and for starting any treatments.
At TimeforThriving we have experts in this area, as well as medics who can facilitate a diagnosis and can help with the planning which a family must do.
