Active records are kept for 12 months after your last engagement.
Records are then archived for a further 12 months.
After this period, your data is securely deleted from our systems.

Only authorised clinical staff, the clinical manager, and the Data Protection Officer have access to sensitive records for governance and quality assurance.

Appointment cancellation policy

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged.
Missed appointments may be counted as a session.
